Lean Culture Development
LEAN PEER GROUP
Why a Lean Peer Group?
The Lean Peer Group provides companies an opportunity to revamp and reenergize their Lean strategy by networking with and learning from others who are committed to developing a Lean culture within their organizations. The member companies share experiences and learn from other participants, and develop plans specific to their organization’s needs.
How is This Different?
The Peer Group has a very specific objective; it addresses the most difficult challenge of Lean - establishing a true Lean/Continuous Improvement culture within an organization. This unique Peer Group approach combines aspects of an educational workshop, consortium meeting, and improvement project all in one.
What is the Session Format & Cost?
“I had a blast and can’t wait for the next one. Thanks for your time and energy & materials. Thanks Dave, we are loving this!”
“I found the content and the delivery of the information to be excellent. The content was certainly eye opening and the format to join Maryland companies together to explore these critical practices was truly rewarding!”
“I thought the meeting exceeded expectations and I felt the roster of professionals is “top shelf.”
